The naturalrefrigerants.ro website sells services (conference registration and attendance), not physical products. Therefore, delivery is carried out exclusively in electronic format, according to the following procedure:
Payment Confirmation:
Immediately after successfully completing your online payment by bank card, you will receive an automated transaction confirmation email from the payment processor.
Delivery of Access Documents and Invoice:
As registration processing requires manual verification by our team, the final documents are not issued automatically. Within a maximum of 48 hours (2 working days) of payment confirmation, a member of the naturalrefrigerants.ro team will contact you at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include:
- Official confirmation of your conference registration (ticket and/or access instructions).
- The tax invoice for the amount paid.
Delivery Fees: As all documents are delivered electronically by email, no delivery, processing or handling fees apply. No physical tickets or documents are sent by courier.
