Purchasing conference tickets or paying participation fees through naturalrefrigerants.ro constitutes the purchase of services related to events scheduled to take place on specific dates.
1. Non-Refundable Policy
In accordance with applicable Romanian legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, Article 16(l)), contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal when the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance.
Consequently, conference participation fees paid online are non-refundable. Once payment has been confirmed and the invoice has been issued, cancellations with a refund will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for the participant’s failure to attend the event.
2. Ticket Transfer (Participant Substitution)
Although tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We therefore offer the option to transfer the right to attend the conference to another person.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may nominate a substitute. To arrange the change, please email your request to director@abtehnic.ro at least 24 hours before the event begins, providing the replacement participant’s details.
Participant substitutions are free of charge.
3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser
In the exceptional event that the organiser is required to cancel or reschedule the conference, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
In such circumstances, participants may choose either to attend the event on the rescheduled dates or to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used for the original transaction within a maximum of 14 working days. A corresponding credit note will also be issued.
